Unilever's Global Tax function is transforming through the Future of Tax (FOT) project, focusing on efficient tax processes across direct tax, indirect tax, withholding tax, and transfer pricing. As part of the UniOps team, you'll be at the heart of delivering high-quality tax data to support compliance, reporting, and audits worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, query, and consolidate tax and finance data from ERP systems like SAP.
- Perform reconciliations, analysis, and sample checks on high-value tax documents.
- Prepare VAT returns, Corporate Income Tax packs, and post tax entries in accounts.
- Ensure timely tax payments and compliance with Unilever's control framework.
- Maintain documentation for audits and archive direct tax activities.
Ideal Candidate: Semi-qualified CA/ICWAI or Master's in Accounting with 4-6 years of experience in accounting, finance, or tax. Strong SAP (FI Module) knowledge, analytical skills, and proactive mindset required.
