Key Responsibilities
- Handle project-wise costing, budgeting, and profitability analysis 📈
- Monitor BOQ costs, vendor payments, and material expenses 💰
- Manage billing, receivables, and cash flow 🔄
- Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance ⚖️
- Prepare MIS, financial reports, and bank reconciliations 📋
- Coordinate with project and procurement teams 🤝
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter preferred) 🎓
- 5+ years of experience in Interior Fit-out or Construction 🏗️
- Strong knowledge of project accounting 🔍
