📋 Role Overview:
- Ensure accurate accounting, audits & compliance (TDS, GST, PT, PF, ESIC, FCRA)
- Manage payroll, vendor payments, and budgeting
- Improve financial systems and processes

👤 Ideal Profile:
- Semi-Qualified CA
- 3 years articleship in accounting, tax & compliance
- Expert in Income Tax, GST, TDS, payroll
- Proficient in Tally & Excel
- NGO/FCRA experience a plus
- Strong communication & team skills
