📋 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Review and analyze trial balances, schedules for revenue, COGS, commissions, and operating expenses.
✅ Maintain accurate financial records including AP/AR, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
✅ Conduct variance analysis and prepare financial statements per Ind AS.
✅ Support audits, prepare schedules, and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
✅ Develop SOPs and ensure timely stakeholder reporting.
🎯 Ideal Candidate:
🔹 2+ years in accounts and reporting.
🔹 B.Com or Semi-Qualified CA (IPCC cleared).
🔹 Proficiency in Advanced Excel and accounting software like Tally, Zoho, or SAP.
🔹 Strong analytical and communication skills.
