Candidate Specification & Job Responsibilities:
Candidate should have 17-20 years of relevant experience in R2R. 🎯
Qualification: CA / CA Inter / BCOM / PGDM preferred
🔹 Key Duties:
- Own end-to-end R2R processes: General Ledger, Intercompany, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Financial Close, and Reporting. 📈
- Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards (GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements. ⚖️
- Strong exposure to ERPs like Oracle, SAP, HFM, BPC, Blackline, Azure, Power BI, Alteryx, etc. 💻
- Manage people’s performance, recruitment, productivity, and appraisals. 👥
- Drive process re-engineering, transitions, and project management for operational excellence. 🚀
