Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Execute UAT test cases for digital product launches, process improvements, and financial automation initiatives.
🔹 Verify accounting entries in accordance with Accounting Requirements Documents (ARD).
🔹 Support month-end activities, including sub-ledger closure, GL reconciliations, and reporting.
🔹 Perform P&L and Balance Sheet flux analysis with stakeholder reporting.
🔹 Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies with strong business acumen.
Candidate Requirements:
✅ Semi-Qualified CA or B.Com.
✅ 2–3 years of experience in Finance Operations or Accounting.
✅ Strong grasp of accounting concepts (Journal Entries, Debit/Credit, GL Accounts).
✅ Hands-on experience with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas).
✅ Excellent analytical mindset and communication skills.
