Assists in preparation and presentation of reports or findings for internal and external stakeholders as required by manager/supervisor, ensuring that all findings are presented with utmost accuracy and clarity. Organizes and maintains departmental documentation and files by systematically categorizing and filing records, reports, and other essential documents to ensure they are easily accessible and retrievable, thereby enhancing the department's operational efficiency.
