🚀 Resurgent India Limited is seeking a sharp, driven CA Industrial Trainee to join our Investment Banking team in Gurugram for a period of 1 year.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Source and evaluate potential deals across various sectors.
• Assist in negotiating term sheets and transaction structures.
• Build and maintain relationships with VCs, PE funds, and lending institutions.
• Support equity fundraising mandates.
• Conduct sector research and prepare pitch books, information memorandums, and investor decks.
• Connect portfolio companies with the right investors and funding sources.
✅ What We're Looking For:
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment banking, and financial modelling.
• Prior experience at a VC or IB firm is a plus.
• An existing network with VCs, family offices, or funding banks is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced deal environment.
