Unaprime Investment Advisors is seeking a motivated CA Industrial Trainee for their Technology practice in Mumbai. Join an emerging Investment Bank that has already closed significant deals across Cybersecurity and Fintech! 🚀
📍 Location: BKC, Bandra East, Mumbai
📝 Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing deal collaterals, including teasers, information memorandums (IMs), pitch decks, and financial models for M&A and fundraising mandates. 📊
• Support senior bankers in the end-to-end deal process from origination to closure.
• Conduct sub-sector research and identify target companies and promoter leads. 🔍
• Track deals and maintain valuation comps and deal theses.
• Support investor/buyer outreach, database preparation, and coordination. 🤝
🎯 What We Are Looking For:
• CA Industrial Trainees who have completed 1 year of articleship in fields like due diligence, M&A advisory, M&A tax, or Valuations.
• Strong numerical skills with proficiency in financial modelling and reading P&L/balance sheets. 🔢
• High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for creating clean, professional decks. 💻
• High ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• A keen interest in tech sector M&A, startups, or private markets.
