What You'll Do: 🔹 Source and evaluate potential deals across sectors; assist in negotiating term sheets and transaction structures; build relationships with VCs, PE funds, and lending institutions; support equity fundraising mandates; conduct sector research and prepare pitch books, information memorandums, and investor decks; connect portfolio companies with investors.
What We're Looking For: Strong grasp of financial markets, investment banking, and financial modeling; prior VC/IB experience a plus; network with VCs/family offices advantageous; excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder skills; self-starter for fast-paced deals.
