- Coordinate stakeholders to define KPIs and develop dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Qliksense. 📊
- Create RACI matrices and process flows with Visio/Draw.io for clarity.
- Manage ICS cycles, oversee audit reporting, and provide risk insights to management.
- Digitalize operations using Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps to simplify processes and mitigate risks. 🔧
