🎯 Role Overview
The CA Industrial Trainee will support the Corporate Strategy & Planning function, working on both short-term execution priorities and long-term strategic roadmap initiatives.
This role offers exposure to high-visibility, high-impact projects spanning daily business performance management, sales planning, annual operating plans, business development, and new business model ideation. The trainee will work cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Category teams — gaining a holistic understanding of how a large-scale enterprise is planned, optimized, and scaled.
