🚀 Gatipay Technologies is looking for a Financial Structuring Manager / Senior Associate to design innovative capital structures and scale trade finance operations.
📍 Location: Gurugram, Haryana
🎓 Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), CFA, or MBA (Finance) from premier B-school
💪 Experience: 3–6 years in Structured Finance, Debt Syndication, Investment Banking, or Treasury Structuring
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Design innovative financial structures (ABS, Covered Bonds, Co-Lending)
✅ Build and stress-test financial models
✅ Structure equity-linked instruments and mezzanine debt
✅ Lead debt syndication with institutional investors
✅ Prepare investment memoranda and credit proposals
✅ Collaborate with Credit, Product, and Legal teams
