🔹 Job Title: F&A Delivery Lead
🔹 Location: Nagpur
🔹 Qualification: Qualified finance professional / CA / CPA / MBA Finance with 15–20 years of relevant experience in leading large-scale Finance & Accounting operations across MNC, BPO, or captive environments.
🔹 Role: Lead the overall service area across R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, payroll, reporting, and related finance operations, ensuring integrated ownership of delivery, controls, quality, and business outcomes. Ensure strong governance, compliance, and risk management across the service area in line with Accounting Standards, GAAP, IFRS, statutory requirements, internal controls, audit expectations, and client-specific policies.
