📝 Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identification of related party transactions and preparation of disclosure. 📊
• Related Party transaction invoicing and end-to-end reconciliation. ✅
• Assist in assessment and documentation of arms length of related party transactions. 📑
• Compliance of Audit committee and shareholders approval for related party transactions. ⚖️
🎓 Required Qualifications and Experience:
• Fresher Chartered Accountant 🎓
• Well versed with Indian Accounting Standards & RBI circulars. 📚
• MS Excel proficiency. 💻
• Analytical ability. 🧐
• Positive attitude and team player. 🙌
