• 🔍 Audit Coordination: Coordinate closely with auditors to ensure the timely completion and smooth closure of all audit observations.
• ⚖️ Compliance & Standards: Apply deep knowledge of Ind AS/IGAAP to ensure appropriate accounting treatment for revenue, costs, inventory, and work-in-progress (WIP).
• 🏗️ Real Estate Specifics: Manage RERA provisions, including maintaining project-wise records and detailed reporting.
