🔹 Discovery & Requirements Gathering: Lead sessions to translate complex business needs into detailed system specifications and functional designs.
🔹 Business Process Alignment: Collaborate closely with clients to align their business processes with NetSuite functionalities, focusing on financials, procurement, sales, and supply chain management.
🔹 Solution Definition: Work alongside technical teams to define customized solutions and integrations, ensuring successful project implementations.
🔹 Documentation & UAT: Develop comprehensive business requirements, test cases, and user guides, while providing expert guidance during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
🔹 Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, lasting client relationships by providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for system optimization.
Candidate Prerequisites:
✅ Qualification: CA / CMA.
✅ Skills: Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a desire to work with ERP systems and technology-driven business transformations.
