Role Objective: 🎯
To drive B2B acquisition and growth of the Employee Benefits business with a specific focus on fund-based group life solutions, by partnering with corporates, CFOs, CHROs, and treasury teams. The role requires strong financial acumen, consultative selling capability, and fund structuring expertise, preferably for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

• Reaching out to senior leaders in finance, treasury, and HR at Corporates, MNCs, and SMEs for managing their employee benefits.
