🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Inspection Planning & Coordination: Schedule regular and special inspections, issue Letters of Intimation, and coordinate data requirements with Exchange members.
• Data Management & Analysis: Collect, collate, and analyze financial and operational data received from various internal departments and registered members.
• On-site Compliance Audits: Conduct fieldwork at member locations to verify documents and perform inspections against predefined checklists.
• Reporting & Resolution: Prepare field observation sheets, draft comprehensive inspection reports, and resolve queries raised by the post-inspection team.
• Regulatory Compliance: Execute SEBI-mandated special-purpose inspections and prepare timely MIS and data submissions.
