This role is perfect for a fresher looking to build a solid foundation in risk consulting or a young professional with up to 2 years of experience.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Audit Execution: Plan and execute internal audit assignments across various processes.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify process gaps and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to SOPs and internal control frameworks.
• Reporting: Draft high-impact audit reports for management review.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with cross-functional heads.
✅ What We Are Looking For:
• Qualification: Clear CA (Freshers or up to 2 years PQE).
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk assessment, and proficiency in ERP (TallyPrime/SAP) and MS Excel.
• Attributes: Analytical thinking, professional skepticism, and strong communication skills.
