Key Responsibilities:
Litigation & Appellate Work:
🔹 Drafting and filing appeals before the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals) [CIT(A)] and the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT)
🔹 Preparing grounds of appeal, written submissions, and paper books for appellate proceedings
🔹 Filing and arguing stay petitions before assessing officers and appellate authorities
