📍 Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
🕒 Work Days: Monday to Friday | Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
💼 Full-time, on-site role (No WFH) with availability during peak compliance periods.

We're seeking a proactive Manager to oversee company-wide expense validation and financial controls. This role emphasizes strong oversight, minimal data entry, and supervising associates for accurate financial transaction recording.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle GST compliance including GSTR-1, 3B, 9 & 9C filings and payments. 📊
• Perform advanced GST reconciliations (GSTR-2B vs Books) and resolve discrepancies. 🔍
• Manage TDS, PF, ESIC, PT compliance, and statutory payments. 💳
• Compute Income Tax and conduct bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, debtor & creditor ageing. 📈
• Process vendor payments, follow up on outstandings, and generate E-invoicing & E-way bills. 📋
• Record journal entries, provisions, accruals & adjustments. ✏️
• Oversee payroll processing, salary provisions & disbursement. 💰
• Prepare MIS, profitability, sales & financial summary reports. 📊
• Finalize accounts, maintain audit-ready books, and coordinate with statutory & tax auditors. 👥
• Ensure compliance with Indian taxation laws & accounting standards. ⚖️
• Coordinate with clients for documentation & query resolution. 🤝
• Review & guide junior accounting staff. 📚
• Maintain statutory records & company documents. 📁

🎯 Ideal Candidate:
• CA Fresher with hands-on experience in Indirect Tax and audit of mid-size companies. 🎓
• Preferred: SAP knowledge and understanding of the FMCG industry. 🏭
• Strong analytical, compliance, and leadership skills. 💪
