📋 Duties and Responsibilities
- Identification of related party transactions and preparation of disclosure
- Related Party transaction invoicing and end-to-end reconciliation
- Assist in assessment and documentation of arm's length of related party transactions
- Compliance of Audit committee and shareholders approval for related party transactions
🎓 Required Qualifications and Experience
- Fresher Chartered Accountant
- Well versed with Indian Accounting Standards & RBI circulars
- MS Excel proficiency
- Analytical ability
- Positive attitude and team player
