🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, verify, and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) for vendors and contractors 📄
- Ensure PO–Invoice matching and proper authorization before processing payments 💳
- Handle project billing, client invoices, and contractor payments 🏗️
- Manage accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting 📊
- Support statutory compliance, GST filings, and TDS deductions ⚖️
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and project financial analysis 📈
