We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) — fresher or with up to 1-2 years of post-qualification experience — to join our dynamic Accounting & Finance team in Chennai. This exciting position offers direct collaboration with the Group CFO, providing invaluable exposure to multi-industry finance operations in infrastructure, manufacturing, and technology.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize standalone and consolidated financial statements. 💼
- Conduct monthly MIS reporting and financial performance analysis across business divisions. 📊
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. 🔍
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory regulations. ⚖️
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and government authorities. 🤝
- Manage project accounting and cost monitoring for government contracts. 🏗️
- Oversee working capital management and cash flow forecasting. 💰
- Support internal control frameworks and process improvements. 🔄
- Assist the Group CFO in financial strategy, expansion planning, and special projects. 🎯
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). 📜
- 0-2 years of relevant post-qualification experience. 🆕
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance. 📚
- Experience or exposure to project accounting or manufacturing accounting is a plus. 🏭
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems. 💻
- Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail. 🧠
