Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights on business performance and profitability.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Analyze variances and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
- Support strategic initiatives with financial impact assessments.
📈 Ideal Candidate:
- Fully qualified CA with post-qualification experience in FP&A.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and financial software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
