🔍 Position Overview
We are seeking a Team Leader – Transfer Pricing to support monthly operational TP activities for UAE-based clients. The role involves handling transfer pricing compliance, preparing and maintaining TP control sheets, conducting benchmarking analysis, and supporting due diligence. The candidate will supervise junior staff and support the Assistant Manager in ensuring accuracy and timely deliverables.
📝 Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Operational Transfer Pricing: Manage monthly TP compliance and documentation for UAE clients.
- Benchmarking Analysis: Perform economic analysis and benchmarking using databases like Bloomberg, RoyaltyStat, or KT Mine.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare TP control sheets, local files, and master files; ensure compliance with OECD guidelines and UAE TP regulations.
- Team Supervision: Guide and review work of junior team members; provide training on TP concepts and tools.
- Due Diligence Support: Assist in financial due diligence for M&A transactions, focusing on TP implications.
- Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to gather intercompany transaction data and resolve TP queries.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on UAE TP regulations and OECD BEPS actions; implement changes in client processes.
💼 Qualifications & Skills:
- Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-3 years post-qualification experience in Transfer Pricing.
- Strong knowledge of TP methodologies, OECD guidelines, and UAE TP regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with TP databases is a plus (e.g., Bureau van Dijk, RoyaltyStat).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
