Job Description
Drive the BU’s P&L and should be able to liaise with the FinMgt team for any gap.
Should drive each vector in the BU’s P&L and should ensure the changes in the profitability and cost are reflected vis-à-vis measures taken towards the same.
Lead the channel strategy for SE in achieving/exceeding the targets assigned, on asset, liabilities and channel profitability by building framework and implementing it through the zonal teams.
Design and implement initiatives to acquire and deepen liability relationships (CA/SA, CMS, FD) with SE clients.
Provide technical support and assistance to the business teams, helping to trouble shoot challenges for driving CA business.
Build a monitoring mechanism. 🏦
