Job Description
As a Senior Associate in Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services, provide GAAP conversion services, accounting advisory support under IFRS, Indian GAAP, and Ind AS to clients. Responsibilities include writing memos on accounting issues, assisting in IPO preparedness and financial information production, supporting due diligence teams in IFRS/Indian GAAP impact assessments for cross-border transactions, and contributing to thought leadership publications on relevant standards. Requires strong knowledge of Ind AS/IFRS implementation and technical accounting standards.
