💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and finalize financial statements and project-wise reports 📊
• Manage taxation including GST, TDS, and Income Tax, ensuring full statutory compliance ✅
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for ongoing projects 📈
• Oversee internal and statutory audits, liaising effectively with auditors 🔍
• Drive cash flow management and strategic financial planning 💰
• Monitor receivables, payables, and vendor reconciliations ⚖️
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and legal financial requirements 🛡️
📋 Requirements:
• Qualified CA with 0–5 years of experience (freshers welcome!) 🎓
• Bonus: Experience in real estate or construction industry 🏗️
• Strong grasp of GST, TDS, and project accounting 📚
• Proficient in Tally/ERP and MS Excel 💻
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills 🧠
