Job Description
Develop and own Board approved Credit policy for Secured loans aligned with RBI guidelines. Oversee annual review, consolidation, and board approval of policy documents for the Secured portfolio. Monitor portfolio-level guardrails, ensure policy version control, documentation, and audit traceability. Manage BRE policy automation including deployment accuracy, validation, and monitoring. Conduct portfolio reviews to track key trends against budgeted numbers, delinquency KPIs, loss targets, and vintage performance. Design new program/product policies in collaboration with product and business teams, defining no-go cut-offs and trigger guardrails. Build exceptions/deviations grid, monitor trends, and performance. Deliver rigorous policy training to sourcing and credit teams. Monitor PAR trends and initiate corrective action plans. Assess change impacts from policy, scorecard, or automation on growth, TAT, and portfolio quality. Initiate policy or strategy decisions based on emerging risks. Design stress scenarios for the Secured portfolio based on market dynamics. Monitor PDD framework and initiate corrective actions. Strengthen location-wise Collateral policy with product and business teams.
