Job Description
The position is for a Chartered Accountant with a strong understanding of Indian financial regulations and LLP/RBI reporting requirements. Responsibilities include handling FLA, managing AP/AR and APR submissions for LLPs with coordination with US SPVs and auditors, and performing ROC filings such as Form 3, Form 4, DIR KYC, and DPT 3.
