Key Responsibilities:

• 🗺️ Define and map end-to-end finance processes, including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report.
• ☁️ Support management in implementing Cloud ERP solutions as part of Digital Finance strategies.
• 📊 Analyze client financial workflows and suggest optimizations using Ramco’s ERP tools.
• 📚 Develop training materials and conduct user sessions on ERP functionalities.
• ⚙️ Configure and test ERP modules for accuracy and integration.
• 📈 Stay ahead with updates on regulations, technology, and finance innovations.
Basic Qualifications:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of finance functions, operating models, and process standardization best practices.
• Familiarity with core finance technologies like General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payables (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CE).
• Ability to facilitate workshops, document requirements, and translate them into solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for high-quality presentations.
Professional Skills:
• Enthusiasm for finance automation and emerging technologies.
• Advantage if you have prior exposure to client-facing roles or ERP internships.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
