Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting & Accounting
Oversee end-to-end accounting operations
Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS) and regulatory requirements 📈
2. Taxation & Compliance
Manage direct and indirect tax compliances including GST, TDS, and income tax filings
Liaise with tax authorities and ensure adherence to all statutory obligations 🏛️
3. Budgeting & Forecasting
Develop and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts
Provide variance analysis and support management in financial decision-making 💰
4. Internal Controls & Audit
Implement and maintain robust internal control systems
Coordinate with internal and external auditors for smooth audit processes 🔍

Advise management on financial implications of business decisions
