Job Description
Own financial accounting, reporting, and closing processes end-to-end. Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements per accounting standards. Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and related regulations. Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and governance frameworks. Provide financial input for planning, cost optimization, and strategic initiatives. Manage statutory, tax, and coordinate with auditors.
