Consultant / AM Statutory Reporting
Location: Bangalore
Note: US shift (till 2 AM), transport till 15 Kms.
Work Location: Bangalore – (Belandur)
Immediate Joiners 💼
Key Responsibilities:
• Individual Contributor managing the external audit team and country stakeholders with minimum support.
• Prepare local GAAP financial statements, management reports, and other related documents required for local statutory reporting.
• Perform review and validation of US GAAP balances.
• Identify, calculate, and post all necessary GAAP or timing adjustments to obtain the local statutory trial balance.
• Independently lead and support audits and statutory compliances of the countries allocated.
• Coordination with stakeholders for smooth reporting processes. 📊
