You'll support the India Consulting office at our India Capability Centre, focusing on compliance and litigation for in-house indirect tax matters like GST, Customs, and Foreign Trade Policy. 🌟 Oversee GST refund applications, liaise with tax authorities, and ensure successful sanctions. Collaborate with stakeholders to set up new processes, identify improvements, and drive organizational changes. 📊
Prepare tax returns, including annual filings and GST TDS, while working with advisors for timely payments. Design tax-compliant processes and contribute to strategic projects minimizing litigation. Stay updated on amendments, implement them in ERP systems, and prepare for GST audits by verifying documentation and responding to queries. 💼
Build relationships with external advisors, bankers, lawyers, and internal teams. Reconcile tax returns with financial books, facilitate audits, and handle periodical forms like LUT and IEC declarations. Assist in EPCG license redemption and foreign VAT refunds.
