Job Description
Assist in SOX transformation efforts, including walkthroughs and testing of controls, enhancement of process narratives and maps, and identification of automation opportunities. Support governance over SOX framework through interactions with global business stakeholders. Execute end-to-end testing plans, identify control deficiencies, and facilitate communication with internal and external auditors. Prepare executive management and Audit Committee materials on SOX progress and results.
