💼 Role Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram for a Chartered Accountant. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, maintaining tax compliance, and conducting audits. Additional responsibilities include financial reporting, budget management, data analysis, implementing cost-control measures, and providing strategic financial advice to drive the company's goals forward.
🔑 Key Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing practices, and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
- Proficiency in tax regulations, planning, and compliance.
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and cost management (advantage in supply chain, logistics, or cold chain industries).
- Skilled in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving, communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
